Product Description
Application
Box Copra Dryer is used to dry fresh coconut and produce copra - Edible and milling.
We can also use to dry copra and reduce the moisture percentage.
It can also be used in coconut industry to dry small cut pieces and paring pieces.
Working System
- Box Type Copra dryer is modified version of traditional copra drying system. Fire the Box Type Copra dryer machine.
- Cut coconut into two pieces and keep them in the top chamber
- Maintain the temperature around 80 to 90 degree centigrade
- Run the machine for 8 to 10 hours. keep reducing the temperature as the time progress after three to four hours maintain temperature around 80 degrees centigrade
- Check if it is dried if dried remove the outer shell and re-dry the copra for another 6 to 8 hours based on copra moisture percentage
